Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and glad you did business with us.  To this end we strive to supply you with the best products and service.  If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it according to the schedule below.

Please note:  You MUST contact us for return authorization prior to sending any returns.   DO NOT send merchandise back without prior authorization.  We will tell you whether or not the merchandise must be returned and how to do it. 

Special orders, clothing, equipment including spinning wheels, herbal tea, hand lotion, books, cut yardage, patterns and other printed materials and any kits are not returnable.

All other merchandise, in original condition and original packaging, may be exchanged or returned within 30 days days of shipping for full merchandise credit.   Please contact us prior to shipment for further instructions.

Please note that any smoke or other odors will cause goods to be rejected for refund.  They will be returned to you at your expense. 

If you have paid by credit card, the same card account will be credited the proper amount. 

Damaged merchandise must be received by us or verified by UPS prior to issuance of credit.  PLEASE NOTE that insurance claim stipulations dictate that the original packaging be returned in the condition in which you received it.

No returns after 30 days as outlined above.
