Bandbox Rose hooked rug kit

A very primitive rose with scroll-y leaves in a basket on a pleasingly plump oval reminiscent of the shape of an old bandbox.  Colors are soft, muted textures and mottled solids in greens and browns and warm, dark red on a dark brown background.  Size is approx. 15" x 24" hooked and finished.

This would look nice as a small rug on the floor or as a tabletop piece.  Perhaps you have a bench that would fit?  And, certainly, mounted on a wall it would be stunning.

Although a good size piece, it is easy enough for an ambitious beginner.

Kit contains pattern printed on quality burlap, hand-dyed, pre-cut strips of wool, rug binding, instructions and photo.
